Scott came to my home to do a quote for car window tinting. He went through all options, was extremely patient with me answering all my questions and then quoted. Even though it was 6 at night, he offered to tint my car on the spot and did an amazing job. My neighbours are so impressed they will be getting their car tinted in the near futureVery professional, polite and I even asked for business cards so I can share them with family and friends. I was worried that my rear window tint, bubbling after 13 years, would be a hassle to remove and replace, due to the heating strips.Universal advised they could do it. I booked it in with only a 2-day wait, dropped my car in the morning and got a call mid-morning that it was all done!3 weeks in it's dried and as good as when I bought the car.5-stars because, easy to contact, excellent customer-service (rare these days), ready on time and a totally professional job!

Wanted to wait a couple months before making a review. Got ceramic tinting done here in March. They were pretty professional and also finished in a few hours. The location is also reasonable, with a few nice cafes and shops nearby to spend your time at. In terms of the tinting job, it was done really well, and has stayed good so far (however, we do keep the car in the garage and usually park indoors). Time will tell, but so far so good

With no clue about the tinting I called all the local firms and the universal receptionist was most pleasant and professional which swung it. Workshop is in a great spot to walk to the mall while the car is worked on. The workshop was clean and professional looking so I was not concerned to leave the car. Perfect results so far guess the real test is in another year or so but it’s a warranty product so no concerns.**1 year gone and the tint is as good as day 1, couldn’t be happier**

Highly recommended. Went in to replace some scratched tint on my work Ute and was worried about matching it up correctly. They did such a great job. Looks good as new. If you need tinting done, I suggest at least chatting to these guys first.
