From my first enquiry, I felt that I was dealing with professionals.They did a wonderful job on my classic Morris Mini Minor windscreen. Poppy, who handled the transaction, was most helpful and customer-focused. Grier, who carried out the installation, did a great job.The other staff members I came in contact with were all happy people who gave me the impression, that they loved their workplace. Where do I even start? Best decision I’ve made in a long time to get my car windows tinted with Universal Tint Brookvale end of September 2024.Having a (now) 5 month old baby and impending summertime, adding in with an old Toyota Corolla (year 2000) model where no shades out there seem to fit I was in a panic how to keep ourselves and Bub cool in our car. After shopping around multiple places I popped in a contact form and was contacted so quickly I was shocked as it took days for others to get in touch, let alone and to be highlighted - the competitive pricing! The customer service team member Poppy was an absolute life saver, beyond friendly, helpful, patient, and so informative making sure I had the right fit for my needs - and not pushing for a sale or what I didn’t need. There for me every step of the way ensuring I was comfortable, taken care of and made the process so easy it almost felt too good to be true end to end. My poor car had old bubbly tint which needed to be removed years ago, it was no issue for them at all! The aftercare was simple and they made sure to check in at all points and reach out after. The team installed the window tint impeccably with a shout out to the lovely Grier who absolutely nailed the installation. My old beaten up car looked new and I couldn’t believe my eyes on what a difference visually and also how much cooler the car has been since, it’s actually been a game changer and wish I’d done it sooner! Universal tint need to be commended on their service, with their customer service and technicians being top tier and their product is fantastic. Couldn’t get a happier customer and will 10000% be returning for the next car - and haven’t stopped telling everyone I come across to get into it. Save yourself the money on buying shades and just get your car tinted with these guys! Big love to Poppy, Grier and the team! (see the 2 before and 2 after shots)

With no clue about the tinting I called all the local firms and the universal receptionist was most pleasant and professional which swung it. Workshop is in a great spot to walk to the mall while the car is worked on. The workshop was clean and professional looking so I was not concerned to leave the car. Perfect results so far guess the real test is in another year or so but it’s a warranty product so no concerns.**1 year gone and the tint is as good as day 1, couldn’t be happier**

Great service from these guys. Replaced rear window tinting on Picanto under warranty with no hassle. Also replaced badly bubbling rear screen tint on VW Golf. Price very reasonable and was a terrific job, was instrumental in getting a good price when we sold the car. I was worried that my rear window tint, bubbling after 13 years, would be a hassle to remove and replace, due to the heating strips.Universal advised they could do it. I booked it in with only a 2-day wait, dropped my car in the morning and got a call mid-morning that it was all done!3 weeks in it's dried and as good as when I bought the car.5-stars because, easy to contact, excellent customer-service (rare these days), ready on time and a totally professional job!

I found Universal Tint in 2005. I Was looking to tint my new black car, but found the tint market like the wild west at the time.Universal Tint was one of the first stockists of 3M Black Armour an actual black tint. Back then tints had different dyes in them blue, grey, gold, and sadly the bubble effect was a thing, still is today if not done right...20 years later I have had 6 cars tinted by them, majority black. Never once has the tint or the quality of work ever failed or dissapointed.You see a lot of photos of when you collect a car advertised with tints.
