As the group office manager and front-of-house representative, she is the welcoming face for customers, overseeing sales and bookings for retail and dealership vehicles, and managing residential and commercial projects from estimation to completion. Known for her empathy, open-mindedness, resilience, and great sense of humour, Nicola brings positivity to the workplace. In her free time, she loves socialising with friends, being outdoors, hiking, and traveling to explore new places and cultures.

Jon

Jon has been a cornerstone of the Universal Tint Group for 26 years, supporting residential and commercial projects. As a general manager, he oversees estimates and installation, ensuring that every project is handled with care and expertise. Jon is deeply committed to both his team and clients. In his free time, he loves to work, eat, and stay active through exercise. His life philosophy, "Do what you can, because you can," embodies his proactive and driven approach to both work and life.

Grier

Grier installation skills is one of the best in the industry having completed her training within Universal Tint had advanced and progress faster than any of her peers. Her attention to detail has translated to her earning well-deserved reputation amongst her colleagues and customers. Grier had a strong customer focus mind set and a can-do attitude.

Poppy

Poppy is a dynamic member of our team, expertly handling social media posts, providing quotes for automotive tinting, and managing customer bookings. Her confidence and motivation shine through in her interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Outside of work, Poppy loves taking her dog to the beach, indulging in shopping trips, and enjoying long drives. With her life philosophy of “Buy an Audi R8,” she’s driven to pursue her dreams with enthusiasm.

Rolando

Rolando specialising in automotive and residential tinting, as well as PPF and paint protection installations. Friendly, kind, and always eager to help others, Rolando brings a positive attitude to every project he undertakes. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new places, cooking, and indulging in great food.
