Sydney Japanese International School Tinting Project
Overview:
Universal Tint was entrusted with enhancing the environment at the Sydney Japanese International School. This school tinting project focused on providing better temperature control and increased security for the school by replacing outdated window films with advanced solutions. Our aim was to create a safer, more comfortable learning environment for students and teachers alike.
Film Types Used:
- Removal of Old Window Film
- 3M Night Vision 15
- 3M Safety and Security Film
Challenges and Solutions:
The school’s existing window films were outdated, reducing their effectiveness in managing heat and protecting the windows from potential damage. Universal Tint expertly removed the old films without disrupting the school’s daily activities. We then applied 3M Night Vision 15, a solar control film designed to reduce the sun’s heat and glare while maintaining a clear view from the inside. This film helps to cool down the school’s interiors, creating a more conducive environment for learning during hot days.
Additionally, to enhance safety, we installed 3M Safety and Security Film. This film reinforces the windows, helping to protect against break-ins and accidental glass shattering, providing both security and peace of mind for students, staff, and parents.
Results:
The installation of 3M Night Vision 15 and 3M Safety and Security Film has transformed the windows at the Sydney Japanese International School. The improved heat control has created a cooler, more comfortable atmosphere in classrooms, while the safety film offers protection against potential hazards. Universal Tint’s expertise ensures that the school not only looks better but is also more secure and energy-efficient.
