Universal Tint was selected to enhance the energy efficiency and comfort of St Ives Business Park. As part of the project, we were tasked with removing outdated window films and replacing them with a cutting-edge solar control solution that would reduce glare and improve temperature control throughout the year.

The 3M Sun Control Prestige 20% film allows natural light to pass through while blocking harmful UV rays and excess heat. This solution helps create a comfortable working environment, reduces energy costs, and protects the interior from sun damage—all without compromising visibility.
